Mission:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the product development team.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales) to meet project objectives.
• Customer and Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Translate insights into product features and improvements.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and make improvements as needed.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in product development or product management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of product lifecycle processes and tools.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industry relevant to the company’s product offerings.
• Familiarity with lean methodologies and agile development processes.

• Min 6 Ans d'expérience
