Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Support: Onboard new clients, ensure smooth access to our services, and resolve any product-related issues.
- Payment Gateway Management: Manage communication and relationships with payment providers like Stripe and Pay Pal, addressing any account issues.
- Product Development: Define and price new products, conduct market research, and oversee product creation and delivery.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to track product performance and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
- Development Support: Assist in developing and maintaining internal tools, and collaborate with the development team on new features.
- Experience in operations or a related field with a solid understanding of payment gateways.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of performing complex data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Development experience with relevant programming languages is a plus.
- Background in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and project management.
- Educational background: Bac+2 or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or related fields.
