Inbound Call Handler
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, meticulous and detail-oriented Inbound Call Handler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking inbound overflow calls from our marketing platforms. This role requires an individual with fantastic spoken and written English language skills, a strong and friendly telephone manner, organisational skills and attention to detail, to ensure that all calls are handled in compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent service to our clients. The successful candidate will be able to work from home and we are looking to open an office in Agadir in the coming months

There may be an opportunity to work in our office in New South Wales, Australia in the future.
Progression
We can offer training and progression to the right candidate to become an Inbound Claims Handler, which would result in higher pay.
We are looking to open an office in Agadir in the coming months and this will open up a team leader role to look after the office and team.
Working Hours
You will be assisting our Australian clients so the ideal candidate will be able to work nights or early morning hours. This is done in 8 hour shifts between UK times 9pm and 12pm. The current shifts are 9pm-5am, 11pm-7am and 4am-12pm.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from people looking to report a road traffic accident.
- Take down details of qualifying clients and transfer through to a Claims Handler.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the claims process.
- Provide support in training new staff members as needed.
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in processing claims.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple clients simultaneously while meeting targets.
- Good computer literacy.
- Access to your own PC or Laptop.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive monthly pay of GBP£800, plus performance based bonuses.
- 20 days paid holiday per year
