Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, spa, and food & beverage, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Coordinate and organize special events, workshops, and wellness retreats, creating bespoke experiences for our guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to optimize operations and maintain the luxury standards of the hotel.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and its offerings, particularly to women’s groups and organizations.
- Foster a positive and empowering work environment for all employees, focusing on training, development, and team motivation.
- Proven experience in hotel management, with a focus on a women’s only hotels or boutique luxury properties.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including guest services, event management, and staff supervision.
- Extensive contacts and industry knowledge, with a network of professionals in the hotel, spa, and events sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and operations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
