Sanden Manufacturing Morocco are looking for a full-time General Manager Assistant with demonstrated experience in executive assistance and administration. Join us in shaping the future of our HVAC plant in Tangiers, Morocco. As the right hand to the Plant General Manager, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and write impactful reports and presentations that delivers the right message. Essential responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Support the Plant General Manager in coordinating cross-departmental activities, ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication between team
Manage office operations for the General Manager, including organizing documents, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies
Provide real-time scheduling ensuring appointments and meetings are organized efficiently, while proactively managing potential conflicts
Manage communication channels on behalf of the General Manager by responding to phone calls and emails with clear, professional messaging, while ensuring all outgoing correspondence reflects our brand policies
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodations and dining reservations, cooperation closely with the Plant General Manager’s need and schedule
Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and presentations, while also conducting research as needed to support informed decision-making
Act as a proactive partner to the Plant General Manager, anticipating needs, providing relevant information and resources, as well as ensuring seamless execution of duties
Maintain and update contact lists for easy access to key stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring sensitive materials are managed securely.
Collaborate with senior managers and department heads to facilitate effective and efficient operations across all business areas
Other responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders aiming for a collaborative working environment
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational productivity and customer satisfaction
Assist with financial tasks, such as preparing and tracking invoices
Manage procurement of administrative supplies, searching and identifying competitive deals and new suppliers
Qualifications Required experience and education:
At least 3 years of proven experience as Executive Assistant with industrial, multinational companies, preferably in the automotive industry
5 years' higher education (BAC+5) with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Financial and Accounting management, HR management, Economics & Management, or equivalent. Or 3 to 4 years' higher education (BAC+3/+4) with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience/skills.
Your Must Haves:
Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, with a particular attention to detail, time management, multitasking proficiency and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Fluent verbal and very good written English, enabling clear expression of concepts and thoughts
In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
Proficient in MS Office 365 and any ERP software (e.g. SAP)
High sense of integrity and confidentiality, handling sensitive documents with care
Flexibility to work irregular hours or travel when required.

Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting processes
Understanding of human resources operations
