Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international calls for e-commerce customers.
- Assist with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Provide effective solutions to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support customers via email and live chat as needed.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.
- Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
