We are looking for a Document Specialist maintain and distribute IATF 16949:2016 quality system documentation, archive, maintain, and distribute level I, II, III, and IV documents. Maintain document files such as drawings, specifications, PPAP's.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of documents
- Keeping track of IATF 16949:2016 Level II, III, and IV Master Lists and Documents, ISO-14001 Level II, and ISO 45001 CURRENT VERSION
- Follow up on changes to IATF 16949:2016, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Distribute new documents to their specific locations.
- Distribute obsolete documents, except for teachers.
- Generate weekly reports of audit results by layers
- Require annual documents from suppliers.
- Distribution and control of audits by layers.
- Maintains control of documents, both procedures, work instructions and Environmental Management System (EMS) formats.
- Coordinate internal audits
- Coordinate laboratory activities
- Review of PPAP and supplier documentation.
- All types of projects related to the area.
- Provide training to technicians and auditors
- Participate in WIP counts
- Participate in physical inventory
