Overview:
Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers, as well as oversee WWS's quality department to ensure compliance with established standards.
Job Description:
Functions
- Resolution of quality-related problems.
- Manage the WOW system.
- Generate quality alerts in the event of any incident.
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients.
- Make weekly report to present to the client.
- Follow-up to audit findings.
- Damage monitoring.
- Monthly report for damage collection (when applicable).
- Provision for damages (where applicable).
- Settlement of damages with customer and carriers.
- Preparation and performance of audits.
- Support all areas.
- KPI management
- Coordinate the documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.
- Communicate the results of quality inspections to the supervisor and propose actions to improve performance.
- Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of processes.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team of quality inspectors.
- Update and validate work instructions.
- Resolve quality-related conflicts in an effective and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management or end. Desirable graduate.
Knowledge: Basic management of the office package, personnel management, ISO 9001 (essential), AIAG/IATF, FMEA, MSA, CP, SAP, KPI, standard and automatic vehicle management (valid license)
Experience: 2 years minimum in management of quality systems/coordination and/or logistics planning, customer service and personnel in charge.
Language: Intermediate English.
