This position is responsible to establish and maintain effective employee relations through the uniform and equitable application of organization policies, procedures, and employment law.

- Extensive shop floor coverage.
- Advising supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee work problems.
- Policy interpretation and implementation.
- Conduct investigations.
- Oversight of human resources administrative functions.
- Benefits administrations.
- Oversight of payroll functions.
- Recruitment.
- Facilitation of employee meetings.
- Training and development of exempt and non-exempt staff.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related field, plus a minimum of two years human resources experience in one or more of the following areas, employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development, EEOC, OSHA or FMLA regulations.
- Must be able to work overnight shifts.
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Windows.
- Advance English level required.
