At Copeland, we believe in empowering our team to reach their full potential. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize Presentations for Management Meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and follow up on them.
  • Be actively involved in all company activities such as:
    • Event coordination (Operations / HR departments)
    • Support to company departments
    • Attention to external and internal audits and visits.
  • Continuous Improvement Projects
  • Visual control knowledge, identify opportunities.
  • Lean manufacturing tools and techniques knowledge.
  • Cycle time samples measurement.
  • Headcount calculations based on monthly and annual volume.

Who are you:

  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Project management skills that demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities to complete projects in a systematic and timely manner.
  • Good decision-making ability
  • Organizational skills to create and maintain an orderly and organized functional group.
  • Excellent customer relations skills. Must be sensitive to the customer’s needs (internal and external) and show sense of urgency to address customer issues.
  • Implementation of lean manufacturing tools.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (Desired)
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with spreadsheet, Pivot table, Power Query, Power Pivot, presentation, and word processing software.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Oracle Software (Plus)
