Ensure compliance with Governance Mexico & LAM for the Legal Function
Coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure that all requirements are available when the auditor requires them
Coordinate, validate and prepare internal, local and LAM reports
Main activities:
Coordinate requests for internal and external audits carried out to the Legal area
Serve as secretary in the legal risks committee (LRECo) for HBMX and LAM
Documentation of minutes, monitoring of agreements made in government forums
Generation of reports and process metrics under the responsibility of COO
Develop root cause identification reviews of the control weaknesses detected during the different audits
Advise the Legal areas on queries that may arise on operational risk and internal control issues.
Assist in the generation of action plans for related processes in the Legal area
Requirements

Project management
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Problem-solving skills with the ability to consider tactical and strategic solutions
Advanced English
