This is an independent contractor position that is fully remote. Professional conduct is vital. We need someone who is warm, empathetic, and personal, who can relate to our clients and feels inspired by their journeys.
Responsibilities
Timely respond to reasonable requests for information or communication by clients.
Conduct excellent research and writing.
Fill out and assemble immigration benefit forms and packets.
Provide legal support and aid to team members and attorneys.
Auditing and organization
Actively engage in dialogue with attorneys and legal team regarding case processes, legal questions, and more.
Compensation
Base salary will be determined based on your experience, to include performance-based incentive pay.
Qualifications:
Effective oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.
Demonstrate high level of rhetorical (persuasive) writing and editing skills.
Analytical mindset and rigorous approach to evaluating arguments and evidence.
Flexible and able to quickly adapt to rapid changes in the workplace.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong word processing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with utilizing technology in your work.
Thorough attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
