Flow Controller - Planner Buyer (Xico)
Main Activities:
- Insure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products by managing the customer’s needs (customer order + CCMP'S) and the replenishment backlog.
- Insures products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages
- Ensure continuous needs/resources balance (MRP, .. ) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies and finished products
- Measure the OTD, AC2 , BOV, and other key KPI's and be able to drive action plans
- Manage the customer needs coming from the CCC’s through the Customer Claim Management Process
- Coordinate Queue Management and/or Production scheduling.
- Manage the replenishment backlog (creation and rescheduling of the manufacturing and purchase orders)
- Manage the backorder portfolio (BOL), the shortage and to take actions to insure the availability of product
- Daily action regarding MRP messages (SAP example: MD07) and escalate when repeatable issues
- Support stock discrepancies analysis and support adjustments.

Qualifications
Primary Location: MX-Tlaxcala-Tlaxcala
- Bachelor’s in supply chain, Logistics, Business or Operations Engineering
- Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to conclusions based on the findings
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision
- Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources needed to facilitate continual professional development necessary to be successful in this position
- Partner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with the relationships built outside
- Independently solve problems and make decisions for primary and strategic execution and tactical issues within the relevant portfolio of projects and or processes.
- Work within peer group and leadership infrastructure to ensure that best practice and opportunities are delivered.
- Strong verbal / presentation and written communications skills working in a complex organization.
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SAP is a must (Purchasing, Production planning)

- Proficiency user of Microsoft Office
