Position - HR Analyst Job Responsibilities: This is open only for internal candidate
Assist in maintaining data integrity of the HR database using data entry procedures and regular audits of the data (including the performance of audits and data transfer)
May conduct research to determine the effectiveness of personnel programs and policies.
Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural Global environment and with all levels of the organization
Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail, and ensure completion in a timely manner within SLA.
Ability to follow SOPs, Policies, and Procedures and ensure meeting compliance requirements
Track and report daily activities. Facilitate audit of the work generated
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Interact and co-ordinate with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Manager as and when required to complete transactions
Ability to differentiate sensitive cases and escalate if required with the manager
Research and resolve data issues.
Key Skills:
Ability to understand data and extract meaningful information from systems.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Adaptable, client service-focused, collaborative, organized, and skilled at multitasking
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous analyst, information systems, and/or HR experience of 3+ years preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
