We're looking for a motivated and driven Commercial Analyst/Market Development Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Monitoring & analyzing regional results, competitor behavior and demand patterns
- Own the fare management process for the region. Defining regional settings, fall back logics and verify implementation over the perimeter
- Support implementation of any commercial activities in the region, based on market strategy. This can include among others planning and setting up promotions, marketing and sales activities, A/B tests, etc.
- Build country-specific campaign calendar (mails, social media posts, …)
- Build country briefing for M&S channels (budget, rolling budget, bi-weekly sync)
- Identify customer/product flow potential in respective region (social discounts discovery, special products, customer groups, willingness to pay)
- Keep overview about market news (country situation, new competitor, etc.)
- Monitor line performance
- Propose topline forecasts for weekly and monthly updates
- Collect country-specific e-commerce needs, build business cases and pitch them
- Ad-hoc analysis and reports
- FUP on customer trend, customer segment analysis, etc.
- May act as project manager or expert on specific topics
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- Bachelor´s Degree on Economy, Finance, Mathematics, Actuary or similar.
- 2- 3 years on similar role in Revenue Management or Commercial Development
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for profit optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of freedom and do not need constant guidance
- Fluent in English
