Web Division Leader (5 Working Days)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of web developers, UI/UX designers, and interns, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
· Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide strategic advice, and ensure project objectives are met.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our development and design processes.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies for team improvement and efficiency.
· Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation, project prioritization, and staffing decisions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3-5 years) in web development, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
· Strong leadership skills with previous experience managing a team of developers and designers.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
· Creative problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
· Work Location: Permas Jaya, JB
Preferred Requirements:
· Experience in UI/UX design and a strong understanding of design principles.
· Familiarity with project management methodologies & tools.
· Demonstrated success in delivering complex web development projects from inception to completion.
· Passion for mentorship and developing talent within a team environment.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
