Production Team Leader
- Lead overall job flow and activity of the team.
- To ensure the team achieves optimum production capacity.
- To ensure the quality of product and timely deliveries by the team meet requirements and ensure operator follow.
- To provide shift report compilation, such as production output, yield and abnormality.
- To assist in developing efficient and cost effective production method and machine utilization.
- To assist in coducting 5'S and process check.
- Carry out and implement the ISO 14001, 45001 & 9001 quality system and procedure.
- To assist in providing solution, supervise and judge the performance and ability of the operators.
- To assist in bi-annual stock count.
- Ensure all operator follow safety guidline and wear PPE for the respective workstation
- Ensure all operators obey with company rule and always keep a good discipline
- Perfrom daily, weekly and monthly checklists on machines, tools and equipments maintenance to make sure it functions properly.
- Segregate NG part and record NG in the system.
- To carry out any other duties as and when directed.
Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
