Telephone survey Interviewer (Chinese Speaking)

Info Survey Group (M) Sdn Bhd, an established marketing research company based in KL, currently looking for Telephone Interviewers to join us on an ongoing or part time basis. We provide attractive remuneration package, good chance to exposure and gain experience on marketing research.
Responsibilities and Duties
-To conduct outbound calls to collect customer’s feedback
-To measure customer satisfaction and improved services.
-To handle customer experiences.
-Training will be provided.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Able to commit for at least 4 hour perday.
  • Working hours from 9am – 6pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Should be meticulous as work requires a high degree of accuracy
  • Follow set questions on the survey questionnaire
  • Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in telephone interview/telemarketing would be an advantage.
