TECHNICIAN, EQUIPMENT
Job Description
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Science with 2 years relevant working experience or Certificate in Electrical & Electronic or Computer Science with minimum 4 years relevant working experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or working experience.
- Understand and comply to Venture Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, Labor and Ethics Management System Requirements.
- Responsible for performing periodic preventive maintenance on test equipment . Troubleshooting, repair defective test equipment and setup of new test station.
- Understand and Compliance to the Quality, Environment, Safety and Health Management System and RBA requirements.
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance on production test equipment in accordance to the preventive maintenance master schedule.
- Trouble shoot and repair the defective test equipment / tester accordingly.
- Setup new production test station in accordance to test equipment acceptance checklist and line layout.
- Take lead on registration of new consigned equipment.
- To ensure all test equipment are sent to calibration lab before calibration due date.
- Compliance to company quality, environment, safety & health management system.
- Feedback and reduce production test equipment breakdown.
- Housekeeping of test station in production floor and test equipment laboratory.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
