As a growing ace in the industry, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales and Marketing Specialist.
Responsibilities:
✅Prospect and generate new business through various sales techniques.
✅Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable coverage options.
✅Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
✅Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Qualifications:.
✅Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.
✅Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
✅Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
✅Willing to learn and improve independently. Intensive training will be provided every week in the most fun and interactive atmosphere.
