Job Descriptions

• To direct day to day operations, coordinate, plan and implement work schedule at farm with the relevant staff in the Farm Organization.
• Monitor production targets and planning for training of staff and worker.
• Check on quantity and quality of supply from suppliers (livestock, other stocks, equipment, services.)
• Assist the Farm Administration to ensure security and good housekeeping in the Farm premises.
• To regularly review and update the Working Instruction and Standard Operating Procedure in accordance to the farm practices.
• To handle veterinary related matters/issues.
• To ensure compliance to Biosecurity, Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices (my GAP), Safe Working Environment and all other Work Procedures in the Farm.
• To ensure proper and adequate recording and reporting of farm operation matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry Science.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Farm Operation / Animal Husbandry
• Good Communication skills, People Management skills.
• Good leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in layer farm.
• Full time position is available in Trong, Perak

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Experience:

• Poultry: 2 years (Preferred)
