Store Supervisor
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To lead and assign task to store personnel and supervise warehouse duties;
2. To ensure good control of inventory and all the record is updated on time;
3. To monitoring AX stock movement status on daily basis;
4. To ensure FIFO is compliance;
5. To maintain product cold chain;
6. To ensure every cold storage and equipment maintenance in placed and any breakdown to report immediately to superior in-charge and maintenance department;
7. To ensure warehouse equipment and machines are in good conditions at all time;
8. To conduct meeting among sub-coordinators and briefing session when needs;
9. To ensure optimal utilization of warehouse storage space;
10. Ensure proper housekeeping, integrity of stock control and high security at store;
11. To ensure compliance of safety norms in the warehouse;
12. Control of overtime to ensure no abuse of overtime;
13. Supervise and monitoring container temperature record at night time;
14. Maintain high standard of housekeeping and safety practices;
15. Understanding of company policies and work accordance to SOP & QAP-16 Store Operating Procedure;
16. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
