Roles and Responsibilities
Deputy Store Manager
As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving daily operations and leading a dynamic team to success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Mentoring and developing team members to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve store performance.

Assistant Store Manager
Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations while ensuring smooth team coordination. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in operational tasks such as inventory management, store organization, and customer inquiries.
• Training, motivating, and supervising store staff to maintain high levels of performance.
• Helping to drive customer satisfaction and store sales.

Sales Associates
Sales Associates are at the heart of our store. You will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Offering personalized service to customers and maintaining a strong product knowledge.
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Assisting in merchandising and stock replenishment as needed.

Cashiers
As a Cashier, you will be the face of our brand at checkout. Your key duties will include:

• Accurately processing customer transactions and handling payments.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized checkout area.
• Assisting customers with any questions or issues.

Stock Room Incharge
The Stock Room Incharge ensures smooth inventory control and proper stock management. Your tasks will include:

• Verifying deliveries and ensuring they match the good issue reports.
• Reporting any discrepancies, excess items, or wrong deliveries.
• Monitoring slow-moving stock and communicating with the Store Manager about inventory needs.

Visual Merchandiser
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will help create an eye-catching store environment that drives sales. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing creative and innovative visual displays that attract customers.
• Overseeing window displays and in-store layouts to reflect the brand's image.
• Sourcing display materials and working with store management to optimize product presentation.

Qualifications
Deputy Store Manager:

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Assistant Store Manager:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Sales Associates:

• Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for customer service and fashion.

Cashiers:

• Previous cashier experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.

Stock Room Incharge:

• Experience in retail or stock management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.

Visual Merchandiser:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant visual merchandising experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools.
