Store Manager Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations on the respective in charged outlets
  • Ensure store adhere to compliance, procedure, and policies
  • Assist to arrange the weekly schedule
  • Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly
  • Manage in ordering stocks if necessary
  • Responsible to ensure the company assets are properly managed
  • Ensure every drink serves to customers with passion and follow the standard SOP to maintain the quality
  • Performs any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities by the superior
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year and above working experience as a Supervisor especially in F&B industry or any related field.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels and customers
  • Possess own transportation
