Store Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Candidate must have at least a secondary school/SPM/"O" level in any field.
· Able to use computer and familiar with MS Office – Words/Excel
· Able to read, write and converse in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
· Have knowledge of filing management
· Assist superior in task assigned
Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods
  • Perform housekeeping and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Conduct cycle count and physical inventory check
  • Maintain proper records of any damaged, missing, or faulty goods.
  • Perform loading and unloading of goods
  • Perform receiving, checking, counting, and storing of goods in assigned location
  • Maintain and update daily stock of data entry receipts and record
  • Report any discrepancies to immediate superior and ensure any operational issue are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
  • Make sure that all goods are labelled properly using appropriate lot and item numbers
  • Communicate with operations and drivers
  • Help out in stock segregation and distribution to sites
  • Conduct machinery checks when required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the respective superior

· Salary RM1500-RM2000
· Allowance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
