SERVICES SUPERVISOR
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Provide training and support to cleaning staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and client satisfaction.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
