Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer’s order.
- Required to attend and respond to customers’ needs/enquiries promptly and professionally.
- To follow and abide to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Master product knowledge of all SKU.
- To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning etc.
- Maintain high personal appearance/grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company
- Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekend/Public Holiday.
- Ability to stand for long hours and great aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Entry level is welcome to apply.
