Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service - Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Order Taking - Take orders accurately
- Food Serving - Assist in serving food items according to the company’s standard
- Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the dining area and counter areas are clean and organized. Perform cleaning duties such as clearing tables and mopping floors
- Handle Customer Feedback - Address customer questions, complaints, or feedback professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary
- Follow Health and Safety Guidelines - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Teamwork - Work closely with other crew members and assist in additional tasks as needed
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Able to work on weekdays/weekends/holiday.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Willing to work at Cameron Highlands.
- Have overtime pay
- Provide hostel
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
- Cameron Highlands: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Service Crew: 1 year (Preferred)
