Security Supervisor
Job Description- Daily control, checking and monitoring security guards on the enforcement and compliances
to the security standing instruction.
- Prepare and update items 2a) and 2b) as below and submit to Head of Dept for approval:
a) Security Guards Monthly Working Schedule - before 18th of each month
b) Summery of Overtime Requisition Form for Security Guards - before 21st of each month
- Conduct orientation and on job trainings to all new join security guards including company rules and regulations, policies and security standing instructions. To plan and conduct on going security and awareness trainings to the security guards and employees.
- Ensure the smooth control of incoming and outgoing traffic.
- Daily view, monitor and review the record of all company's CCTVs
and record the review of at least of 3 days/week for duration not less than 1 hour each.
- Enforcement of the company rules & regulations, policies and others related to security to all employees, visitors and contractors including to conduct sport checking during night shift,Sunday, Public Holidays etc.
- Attend to complaints and reports from employees related to security . Ensure the
issues too be taken immidiate action.
- Investigate and/or reports abnormalities, hazards, unusual or suspicious acts, behaviors or circumstances related to the Security of the company to the Head of Dept via telephone or emails.
- Maintain a good reputation with related authority department i.e. Police Dept., Bomba Dept., etc. Lodge a police report as and whenever required.
- 24 hours of standby basis on any matters related to the company security.
- On going security risk assesment review and observation and advice to the company related to security matters to protect company's properties and employees.
- General filling, update and maintain the Security files and records.
- Assist and support the other HR staffs as and whenever required.
- Others tasks given and whenever required the Head of Dept either instructed by written or oral.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
