Safety & Security Officer
- Monitor hotel premises through regular patrols, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and guest inquiries regarding safety and security concerns.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, accidents, and thefts, documenting findings and preparing reports.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and emergency response.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective communication and response.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Manage access control to secure areas, ensuring only authorized personnel enter sensitive locations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and drills.
- Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and maintenance needs.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
