SAP Support (FI/CO/MM/SD)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SAP Support professional with experience in the FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with users to ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems across various business functions.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and work closely with users to ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP modules as reported by end-users.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand and address business requirements.
- Assist in configuring SAP modules based on business requirements.
- Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities are working correctly.
- Document system processes and create user manuals for reference.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations when necessary.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing system maintenance support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP processes and functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
