Sales Representative
Job Scope:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Generate Leads and Prospect New Clients: Identify potential clients, conduct research on their needs, and establish initial contact.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct Sales Presentations and Demos: Present the company’s products/services to clients, provide product demonstrations, and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Engage with clients, negotiate terms and pricing, and close deals.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with clients, provide support, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide Feedback: Communicate client feedback and market trends to the management and marketing teams.
- Prepare Reports: Document sales activity, pipeline status, and market information in regular reports to track progress.
- Education: Minimum Diploma qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with at least 1 year of experience
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with a variety of clients, understanding their needs, and building trust.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and ensure mutual benefits.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Willingness to Travel: Able to travel locally as required.
