Job Responsibilitites :
- To perform show tickets and related promotion;
- To manage daily operation which includes to manage venue’s inventory and replenish accordingly, liase with engineering for R&M, queue line management and crowd control and assist in venue preparation, seating arrangement and ushering work.
- Assist in ticketing administration works, trouble shoot transactions error and handle customer enquiries/complaints
- To handle daily counter’s sales opening & closing.
- To assist in tournament or events setup when required.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification;
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Possess excellent interpersonal and organization skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of team;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure the operational smoothness and efficiency.
