Sales & Marketing Executive
Job description
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Follow up on existing customer order (PO) and liaise with internal teams (Production & warehouse) for customer delivery arrangement.
- Prepare quotation according to customer requirement and new project development
- Prepare product costing and quotation
- Coordinate with production team and warehouse team for customer delivery schedule
- Maintain good relationship with customer and develop new customer
- Liaise with internal team after received customer complain and communicate with customer
- Liaise with R&D department for customer new product sample development.
- Knowledge on technical drawing for quotation and new project development.
- Make analysis QCDS & action improvement plan based on SIRIM requirement & RISK assessment.
- Construct customer sales analysis & sales trend analysis based on sales vs. budget vs. forecast as SIRIM requirement.
- Prepare monthly sales report and forecast report.
- Liaise directly with supplier for purchase of new knife & design (design confirmation) based on customer technical drawing.
- Managing digital marketing involves creating content for the company's social media posts and overseeing the company's E-commerce website to facilitate incoming orders and enhance the site's effectiveness.
- Assist in special project and ad Hoc project.
- Customer visit when is required.
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering / Sales & Marketing or any equivalent
- Working experience in Automotive and air-cond industry will be added advantages
- Able to travel when is necessary ( Customer visit)
- Knowledge on Technical drawing
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
