SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in the formulating and implementing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
· To plan, coordinate and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc. to deliver sales target.
· To carry out market research and competitor analysis to supplement business decisions.
· To conduct target market analysis and leads profile to supplement business decisions.
· Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as social media content, brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
· Manage, measure and track impact of marketing campaigns across events, social media, corporate communication, content portals, SEM registrations, e-mailers and web presence.
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
· To attend walk-in, phone call and email enquiries, and record and follow up on a timely manner.
· To provide excellent sales and customer services to existing customer and prospects.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and project information
· Stays informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify summaries of surrounding projects.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
· Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior or company from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills Required
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
· Good communication, interpersonal, sales & marketing and business writing skills
· Positive working attitude, responsible, self-motivated, able to communicate and present well with any level of people, and work as a team.
· General knowledge on rules and guidelines on property industry will be an added advantage.
· Working experience in sales and marketing in property development industry will be an added advantage.
