Sales Manager (Student Recruitment)

JOB SUMMARY
  • Reporting to the Director - Regional Operations and Marketing, you shall be responsible for:
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a sales team, providing leadership in business development opportunities in relation to marketing the university’s programmes and courses.
  • Sales performance of the centre.  Outreach and networking on behalf of the university.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor the center’s sales performance, generate reports, and present findings to senior management
  • To facilitate any academic activities such as student orientation, student/tutor dialogue, workshops, examinations as well as tutor training.
JOB REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent with combination of expertise in education with 5 to 8 years of related supervisory experience.
  • Experience must include business development and sales management.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written, presentation, oral communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think creatively and strategically, has excellent judgment and be able to working changing environment.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, a team builder and able to motivate and influence others.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be a frequent user of MS Office and very familiar with Word, Excel and Power Point.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
