- To achieve monthly and yearly target set for retails sales
- To manage, motivate and to lead the sales team to achieve higher results
- Review current performance , set new direction and action plan
- Responsible to develop and improve work procedure.
- To Monitor stock holding lead time and ensure vehicles are registered and invoiced within the target lead time
- Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous engagement in delivering excellent customer service
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expand company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- To achieve Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) targets set by company.
