Sales manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC Powder). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the GCC market, and excellent leadership skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for GCC Powder to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape related to GCC products.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and to address customer needs effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of GCC Powder applications and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Engage in high-level negotiations with key clients and close sales to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on industrial minerals or related products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the GCC market, applications, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team.
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
