Sales & Logistics Executive – (Global Parts Operations)
The role of Executive, Parts (Sales & Logistics Division) in Melaka focuses on ensuring the smooth daily operation of the parts department, with an emphasis on logistics, sales, and procurement activities. The position is involved in various facets of sales and logistics, including shipment monitoring, inventory control, and maintaining timely communication with suppliers and customers.

Experience & Education:
- Minimum of a Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, logistics, or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in logistics and procurement is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in daily sales and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Computer literacy: Excel, Word, Power Point.
- High persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and customer service orientation.
- Able to work independently under pressure while being a proactive team player.
- Cost management sensitivity, including quotation, cost, and profit analysis.
- Sales operations: Overseeing commercial and logistics operations like shipment monitoring, inventory control, and delivery tracking.
- Cost management: Handling quotations and conducting cost and profit analysis.
- Liaison: Communicating with exporters for product orders, price negotiations, and availability.
- Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving issues with suppliers and customers.
- Ensuring sales documentation and mandated reports are kept updated and presented on time.
- Handling sales collections and adhering to credit control.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Candidates with proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin are preferred.
- The candidate is expected to be a team player who can also operate independently and manage responsibilities proactively.
