JOB REQUIREMENT
2.1
Minimum qualification and experience requirements (to fulfill either one):
2.1.1
SPM or equivalent with more than 5 years of direct experience in the customer service field.
2.1.2
STPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of direct experience in the customer service field.
2.1.3
Master or equivalent with at least 5 years of direct experience in the customer service field.
2.2
Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.
JOB SCOPE
A Procurement Executive shall perform all job functions and resume all responsibilities outline in the Job Scope when given by Operations Director and approved by Top Management. The Procurement Executive shall:
Primary
5.1
Ensure compliance with ISO9001, AS9100 & ISO14001.
5.2
Ensure customers obtain all information required.
5.3
Provide quotation to customers and other enquiries.
5.4
Liaises with key customers to determine their needs.
5.5
Nurtures relationships with customers to negotiate the best for company.
5.6
Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels.
Secondary
5.1
Assist with the preparation of a variety of reports covering budget status, forecast reports and other management reports.
5.2
Respond timely to daily support calls and purchase orders providing outstanding customer support.
5.3
Coordinates preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information from various departments.
5.4
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
