Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish new workshop customer networks in designated areas (Johor Bahru, Penang, Kuala Lumpur).
- Identify and explore potential dealers to expand our market presence.
- Drive the sales performance of dealers' teams within the assigned territory to meet targets.
- Participate in sales-related activities for the industrial/automotive department:
- Submit weekly Customer Visit Reports (CVR).
- Prepare and manage the Prospect Management Pipeline List.
- Complete Value Analysis Reports.
- Attend monthly and quarterly sales review meetings.
- Support motorsport and marketing activities as part of brand engagement.
- Build strong product knowledge through in-house lubricant training.
- Monitor customer payments and collections.
- Gather and report on current marketplace information regarding pricing, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Liaise with suppliers and handle signage sponsorship application documents:
- Act as the main coordinator for signage sponsorship projects.
- Manage documents storage and e-filing.
- Contribute to team development by guiding team members on sales-related activities.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or automotive sector.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Strong understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting relationships with clients.
