Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Handle and manage designated local and overseas customers with sales and result oriented approach.
- Respond efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information about company products and services.
- Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for potential and existing clients.
- Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interactions.
- At least a Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years or relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and sketches.
- Good program management, leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good proficiency in English
- Knowledge of ERP will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
