Job Overview
As a sales representative at LMT GREENFIELD HOLDINGS SDN BHD, you will be responsible for creating organic leads, working referral leads as well as leads generated from marketing activities. Working leads includes selling glass bottles, glass containers ,glass jars and etc. As a rep. you will build and work a client list, sales revenue and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism. A successful sales rep. will have creative lead-generating techniques and the drive to exceed sales goals. You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative solutions to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
· Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
· Maintain a helpful attitude with all customer interactions.
· Visualize and guide the customer in their product choices.
· Organized and able to use technology and tools to facilitate accurate timely orders.
· Completes orders and tasks in a timely manner.
· Complete detailed quotes, orders and delivery order.
· Understand and follow a Sales Playbook
· Maintain systematic communications between customers, vendors, and operational teams.
· Able to manage sales calls, referral network, canvassing, follow up tasks and reporting within a given day.
· Build relationships via networking events, trade shows, cold calling, canvasing, emails, and meetings.
Qualifications
· Minimum of degree.
· Three or more years of experience in sales executive.
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
· Must meet or exceed sales goals.
· Follow procedures and demonstrate flexibility in evolving work environments.
· Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict and make effective decisions under pressure.
· Good working knowledge of: MS Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, Word.
· Able to use a laptop PC, mobile phone and tablet computer.
· Job duties will include potentially long periods of time on the phone, sitting, driving, or standing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Yearly bonus

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)
