Sales Executive (Based at Prai)
- Ensure all his subordinate achieve their Monthly KPI’s
- Track Subordinators Achievements daily/ weekly/ monthly
- New outlets opening
- AR control for his territory
- Work as per Monthly Work Plan
- Ensure coverage of all routes daily
- Coordinate and communicate on the availability of stocks and reconcile timeliness of delivery with Warehouse
- Coordinate customer’s call for orders and complaints
- Provide routing and file maintenance support
- Ensure selling tools and points of purchase material are available for the respective agents or depot
- Coordinate completion of identified reset, special events and equipment delivery
- Monitor the attendance, leave, and sick days of the subordinates
- Coach the subordinators Existing/New joined
- Attainment of monthly and quarter target (cases and revenue)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Sales managing wholesaler preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods company
- Strong analytical ability with negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral
- Computer literate – Microsoft Windows applications
- Possess own transport
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
