Sales Executive
- Ensure customer and product requirements are captured adequately and communicated to company personnel to ensure meeting and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure good communication link between customer and company, feedback complaint to internal personnel immediately.
- Liaise with supplier on the arrangement of delivery.
- Follow up on customer deliveries.
- To coordinate with sales parties and documentation preparation.
- Interacting between customers and company, ensure proper recording and assist manager on clerical work. (eg. Prepare quotation, delivery order etc.)
- Handling and receiving customer order and enquiries.
- Reply mail through internet email.
- To handle preparation of Quotation and issued Purchase Order.
- Contact customer through telephone.
- Check and update Inventory Stock.
Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
