Job description:
- Sales-Driven Recruitment: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by selling recruitment services to businesses in need of staffing solutions.
- Client Acquisition: Generate leads and convert them into clients through cold calling, networking, and effective communication.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to ensure they hire the right talent for their business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top candidates through job postings, headhunting, and networking.
- Interview & Assess: Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for clients.
- Negotiate Offers: Facilitate the negotiation of employment offers between clients and candidates, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through your recruitment efforts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and client needs to adapt your sales strategy effectively.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
