Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing sales reports.
- Process customer orders and manage sales leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding their orders, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, sales activity, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials as needed by the sales team.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and handle any shipping or inventory issues.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, such as invoicing, payment processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Strong communication skills in both Malay and English, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
