Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Position Title: Sales Associate
- Working Location: Penang
- Working Hours: 5 days, 4 days weekdays, 1 day weekend (9.00am-6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary RM2,000 + Commission (SGD) + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Assist the sales team in executing sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, sales deck, business development and solicitation to potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and updates via Google Calendar.
- Able to standby duty after work hours to take on new enquiries.
- Coordination with yacht owners, captains, crew, vendors and other personnel for yachts under management.
- Other related activities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
- Able communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Resourceful, fast learner and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Power Point, Excel, MS Teams, Xero Accounting, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Must have your own laptop/desktop and mobile phone for work.
- Training will be provided.
- Team-building on the Yacht.
