SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT
Identify, target, and acquire new veterinary clients, including clinics, and individual pets owner
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Possess in-depth knowledge of our veterinary products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Can editing poster and video creating using Canva, Capcut
Familiar with marketing tools to promote company's product
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to make recommendations for product improvements and pricing strategies.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and product development.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through blasting and survey
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Use CRM tools to track leads
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
