Sales Admin Associate
Job Description:
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Producing quotation, following up sales order to delivery order.
- Making purchase order for low stock items.
- Direct & coordinate warehouse & logistics from purchase of goods to delivery of products.
- Raise & make known recurring issues, advise for a meeting as necessary.
- Experiences and knowledge in water reticulation will be an added advantage.
- Reports to Senior Sales Executive.
- Mon - Thurs 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:00pm-5:30pm
- Fri 8:00am -1:00pm, 2:30pm-6:00pm
- Sat 8:00am -1:00pm (Alternating)
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluency in Mandarin & Hokkien will be an added benefit.
- Beginner level in Microsoft office Eg. Outlook, Word & Excel.
- Familiar with Inventory Management Software will be added advantage.
- 2 years or more in related field will be preferred & reflected on salary
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
